Lou is Managing Partner at Principia Partners. Lou has over 20 years of consulting experience, working with many of the Fortune 500 chemical and building products companies at senior management levels.
 
Prior to establishing Principia Partners, Lou directed a chemicals practice at a former Arthur D. Little company. Previously, Lou was responsible for managing the Polymers practice at Kline & Company, an international marketing research and consulting firm specializing in the chemical industry.

He is focused on assisting the Firm's clients with strategic planning, business participation options, competitive positioning, and channel strategies. Industrial experience for Lou includes roles in sales and market development for Cookson America and PMC.
 
Lou holds a BA in Business Administration/Computer Science from Muhlenberg College. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Society of Plastics Engineers.
