Jeff is Director, Financial Advisory Services at Principia. He has 20 years of product and market experience in the engineered materials, composites, and building industries, and 8 years of experience in the investment banking side of these industries.

Prior to joining Principia, Jeff functioned as a fund-less sponsor of private equity transactions, focused on sourcing deals related to the building, and engineered materials, industries. Earlier in his career, he held management positions in the advanced composite materials industry, and ran a consulting practice within that industry, focused on corporate development activities including long range business development, market development, and strategic alliance formation.

Other roles have included being a partner in a building industry focused mergers and acquisitions boutique, and consulting engagements in various engineered materials sectors outside of the composite materials industry. In addition to his industry contacts and knowledge, he maintains extensive networks of contacts in the leveraged buyout, merchant banking, venture capital, senior and mezzanine debt, and IP law sectors.

Jeff holds a B.S. and M.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an Executive MBA from the University of Delaware, where he was the recipient of the Alumni Leadership Award. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, and several related finance and technical societies.
