Principia is excited to announce the addition of four team members to contribute to the Company’s continued growth in serving the building materials and construction industry. Principia remains focused on delivering high quality data analytics and consulting services to help clients achieve profitable growth.
Caitlin Verellen joins Principia as the Marketing Coordinator. Caitlin’s primary responsibilities include driving Principia’s content development process across all marketing functions including the strategy, planning and manufacture of content assets that result in increased web traffic, engagement and conversion. Additionally, she leads the development of buyer personas and mapping content to the buyer’s journey ensuring optimal content targeting. Prior to joining Principia, Caitlin was the Digital Communications specialist for RAMCO Properties, where she managed social media marketing, website content and development, and oversaw the creation and success of a customer loyalty smartphone application.
Chris Riepe joins the company as an Industry Analyst. Chris brings more than 20 years of experience as a market research consultant to the Principia team. As an Industry Analyst, he focuses on lumber and building materials distribution and the influence that sales channels have on the market. He works directly with clients to help them understand their marketplace and identify the best options to grow their business. Chris has served several industries with a diverse set of clients, ranging from small private manufacturers to large Fortune 100 corporations. He has led engagements to help clients build go-to-market strategies, develop new products to meet market demands, manage customer experience, and conduct competitive intelligence.
Ryan Tillman joins Principia as a Market Research Associate. Ryan is responsible for supporting primary and secondary research functions for both consulting projects and syndicated research projects. Her specific responsibilities include competitive intelligence, questionnaire design, survey research, and data analysis. Prior to joining Principia, Ryan worked as a market research analyst for Curo, where she conducted competitive intelligence research and digital marketing analytics and helped increase traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms. Ryan also has experience in academic research, completing multiple projects at the University of Georgia and Michigan State University.
Steve Robinson is a newest addition to Principia’s quantitative research team which focuses on the collection, cleansing and synthesizing of Principia’s information. His primary responsibilities include the development and improvement of algorithms for market models and databases. In addition, Steve supports overall research efforts through the analysis and interpretation of results in order to create and improve Principia’s data products. Prior to joining Principia, Steve worked in various fields including market research, PR research, and higher education administration. His focus throughout his professional career has been on custom research where he used his education and versatile experience to excel. He has helped several companies identify and execute on key strategic initiatives including topics such as consumer reputation, product development, and business unit performance measurement.
