Contractors report repair and remodeling projects are decreasing in cost.

Contractors report their average R&R project is smaller (less cost) than 12 months ago.

Big box retailers earning greater share of contractor wallet.

Over the tracking period, at least half of surveyed contractors indicate they purchase more materials from big box retailers than 12 months ago.
