Digital Marketing Manager
Caitlin is primarily responsible for driving Principia’s content development process across all marketing functions including the strategy, planning and manufacture of content assets that result in increased web traffic, engagement and conversion. Additionally, she leads the development of buyer personas and mapping content to the buyer’s journey ensuring optimal content targeting.
Prior to joining Principia, Caitlin was the Digital Communications specialist for RAMCO Properties, where she managed social media marketing, website content and development, and oversaw the creation and success of a customer loyalty smartphone application. Caitlin has a strong writing background, stemming from a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Utah State University, and more than five years of experience in content-focused marketing roles.
