As a research analyst, Caroline is responsible for supporting the primary and secondary research functions for both Principia’s consulting engagements and syndicated research offerings. Specific responsibilities include survey design, programming, data analysis, and market assessment.
Prior to joining Principia, Caroline worked at Mitsubishi Motors North America, where she became the primary lead on all customer-based survey projects. She also created and managed the first survey incentives project, which granted immediate access to rewards and helped boost responses by 50%. In day-to-day work, she used multiple programs for data pulling and analysis, which was distributed throughout the organization to drive decision-making.
Caroline earned a BA in Business Management and a Certificate of International Business from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
