Jenna is part of the quantitative research team, which focuses on the collection, cleansing and synthesizing of Principia’s information. Jenna’s primary responsibilities include the development and improvement of algorithms for existing and developing models. In addition, Jenna supports overall research efforts through the analysis and interpretation of survey results in order to create and improve Principia’s data products.
Prior to joining Principia, Jenna worked for Permabond where she was responsible for cleaning and transforming the company’s data in preparation for upload to a new database. Jenna also worked on a project with a Community Services Board in Virginia where she was responsible for identifying trends, which will, ultimately, be utilized toward a more effective distribution of state funding for these institutions. Jenna has experience with R, SQL, and Python.
Jenna earned an MS in Data Analytics Engineering from George Mason University after receiving a BA in Psychology with a minor in Data Science from Shippensburg University.
