Vice President, Sales
Liz leads Principia’s business development efforts and works closely with clients to provide Principia’s data products and custom consulting services to address market-facing issues in the building materials industry. Liz’s primary responsibilities include ensuring that clients realize maximum return for their investment in our products and services to address market position and share, insights on product demand, and identify opportunities for increased sales.
Prior to joining Principia, Liz worked in the commercial real estate technology industry for RealConnex and Xceligent, where she was involved in all aspects of business development including sales, customer success, strategic partner development, and BDR team training. At both companies, Liz was responsible for driving growth and adoption of SaaS platforms new to the industry or market by successfully identifying, developing, selling and maintaining technology partnerships with brokerages, associations and corporations across the commercial real estate industry.
Liz earned a BFA in Communications Design from Kutztown University and Elementary Education Certification from Penn State University.
