As a research analyst, Nicole is responsible for supporting primary and secondary research functions for both consulting projects and syndicated research projects. Specific responsibilities include competitive intelligence, questionnaire design, survey research, and data analysis.
Prior to joining Principia, Nicole worked with General Motors as a Digital Marketing Chat Advisor. In this role, she helped generate sales and service lead capture for over 1,200 GM dealerships in the United States and Canada.
Nicole earned a Master of Science degree in Marketing from Walsh College (Detroit, MI), after receiving a BA in Marketing from Walsh.
