Rick is responsible for managing the primary and secondary research functions for both Principia’s consulting engagements and syndicated market study initiatives. These duties include questionnaire design, sample design and procurement, competitive market assessment, vendor management, analysis, and report writing. He has over 20 years of experience in market research design, fielding, and analysis.
Rick has held sales and director-level positions with leading market research firms, assisting Fortune 500 clients in implementing both qualitative and quantitative research studies, including engagements in the building materials industry.
Since joining Principia, Rick has spearheaded more than 100 research initiatives covering a multitude of building products categories targeted to all participants in the supply chain including contractors, builders, architects, building consultants, property owners, dealers, distributors, and manufacturers.
Rick has a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University.
