Zach Campbell

Customer Success Manager

Zach serves on our business development team, where he works closely with our clients to consult and support their utilization of Principia’s products and services. His primary responsibility is to help customers obtain measurable value to maximize their investment, leverage data to solve business needs, and advocate on the client’s behalf.   

Prior to joining Principia, Zach worked in several high-growth start-up companies in the manufacturing and construction technology sector.  Throughout his career, he has led and designed customer-focused strategies to improve the overall user experience. He has worked in business development, project management, account management, and sales.  

Zach earned a BA in International Affairs from The University of Georgia.
