Engagement Manager

Kim is an Engagement Manager within Principia’s consulting group. She brings over 20 years of professional experience to the Principia team, most recently nearly 8 years as a market consultant and researcher. She works directly with clients to help them understand their marketplace and identify the best options to grow their business.

Prior to joining Principia, Kim held marketing, research and consulting management positions within the industry and with market research firms. While focused on several industries in previous roles, her primary focus has been in the building and construction industry. She has helped clients understand and implement strategic initiatives through various methodologies including market sizing and segmentation, opportunity identification, brand awareness, customer journey, and product awareness and usage.

Kim earned a BS in Economics from Oakland University and a MS in Business from Walsh College.
