Customer Success Manager

Zach works directly with customers to help maximize their investments using Principia products and services. He does this by fostering active engagement and providing support to help customers leverage the data available for their specific business needs.

After working for several start-up companies in the manufacturing and construction technology sector, Zach joined Principia with a background in creating exceptional customer experiences. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Georgia.

What Zach likes most about his role at Principia: “Working with a close-knit team engaged in supporting one another. We know how to work hard but also love to have fun.”
